Journey Inward,

Rediscover the World

  • Somatic Inquiry & Expressive Arts

Somatic inquiry and Somatic Expressive Arts highlight the deep connection between body and mind, revealing and processing emotional and psychological aspects through physical sensations, movements, and creative expressions. Somatic inquiry focuses on bodily awareness to understand emotional states, and Somatic Expressive Arts employs movement, dance, drawing, and creative writing to explore and work through these experiences. Our bodies hold memories and emotions, and through awareness, we can transform internal states and promote deeper self-knowledge, understanding, and healing.

  • Manifesting & Self-Worth

Manifesting is a deeply introspective and psychological process that involves reprogramming the subconscious mind to align with one’s true self-worth and authenticity. By uncovering and transforming limiting beliefs, it becomes possible to shift one’s external reality in harmony with genuine desires. This approach goes beyond mere positive thinking or visualization; it encompasses a comprehensive alignment with the universe’s greater structure. It involves elevating self-worth, navigating and passing challenges, and embracing one’s authentic path. Through this process, manifesting facilitates not just the attraction of material outcomes but a profound connection with one’s deeper purpose and potential.

  • Stress Management

The autonomic nervous system (ANS), which operates unconsciously to manage vital functions like heart rate and digestion, plays a critical role in how we respond to stress. Research shows that emotions are linked to changes in the ANS, suggesting that different emotions might trigger specific patterns of sympathetic (SNS) and parasympathetic (PNS) activity. Balancing these components is essential for emotional and physical well-being. Integrating subconscious reprogramming, such as through Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC), with somatic practices helps address deep-seated beliefs and emotional blockages. By tuning into bodily sensations and employing grounding techniques, individuals can release stored tension, fostering a sense of safety and resilience. This holistic approach supports a balanced and regulated nervous system, leading to enhanced stress management and overall well-being.

  • Trauma Healing

Trauma can deeply embed itself in both the mind and body, leading to a wide range of symptoms that Dr. Robert Scaer, a neurologist and trauma expert, describes as the “trauma spectrum.” This spectrum includes conditions such as PTSD, chronic pain, and anxiety, all stemming from unresolved trauma that disrupts the nervous system’s ability to self-regulate. Healing trauma requires more than just addressing surface-level symptoms; it involves delving into the subconscious to transform the limiting beliefs and emotional blockages that perpetuate this dysregulation. Somatic practices play a crucial role in this process by helping to release stored tension and restore a sense of safety within the body. By combining these approaches, individuals can move beyond the effects of trauma, achieving a more regulated nervous system and a greater sense of true self.

  • Addiction Recovery

Addiction is a complex condition deeply rooted in emotional and psychological factors, often exacerbated by unresolved trauma and stress. According to Gabor Maté, addiction is not merely about the substance or behavior itself but is a manifestation of underlying emotional pain and unmet needs. This perspective highlights the role of trauma and early life experiences in shaping addictive behaviors. Complementing this, methods developed to address subconscious blockages and transform limiting beliefs are crucial in overcoming addiction, as they help individuals reframe their relationship with substances and behaviors. Additionally, somatic practices emphasize the importance of body awareness in addiction recovery, aiding individuals in releasing stored tension and fostering a sense of safety and emotional regulation. Integrating these approaches provides a holistic framework for understanding and addressing addiction, promoting lasting recovery through emotional healing, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic balance.

  • Quantum Energy Coaching

Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC) offers a powerful alternative to traditional talk therapy by directly engaging the subconscious mind, leading to faster, more enduring change. Rooted in the timeless wisdom of embodied practices and enriched by quantum theory and a dialogic approach that considers the whole person—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual—QEC integrates techniques such as Gestalt Coaching to uncover underlying patterns, Focused Intention to install positive beliefs, Brain Gym for deep learning, Cardiac Coherence to optimize energy fields, and Neuroplasticity & Neurogenesis to develop new neural pathways. Developed by Dr. Melanie Salmon, with over 40 years of trauma expertise, QEC guides individuals on a transformative journey of healing and growth, seamlessly blending ancient wisdom with modern science. It facilitates alignment with one’s deepest aspirations, uncovering the power to shape destiny and rediscover the world not by seeking outwardly, but by delving inward where true transformation begins.

My Approach

My approach draws on both somatic expressive arts and Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC) to support deep healing and personal growth.

Each session begins with a heart-focused breathing exercise designed to bring the client into a state of coherence between the heart, mind, and body. A dialogue follows to explore your challenges, goals, and intentions. Based on this discussion, the session is tailored to meet your specific needs.

As the session progresses, you’ll engage in exploration and transformation during which time you will be empowered to make meaningful changes in your subconscious mind. The session concludes with reflection, where you’ll share insights and intentions on moving forward. Self-care practices may be recommended to support further integration between sessions.

These meetings typically last 90 minutes, allowing ample time for in-depth work and lasting change.
